Application Process
Existing Clients
- Log into ICM Access and click on “Apply for Mastercard”
- Complete the application form and state which address you would like the card to be sent to
- Client Services will review your application
- Once approved, an activation fee is required and your card will be dispatched
New Clients
Existing live account clients can apply for an ICM Mastercard directly from ICM Access. If you are a new client, simply apply for a live account with the required documentation.
- Complete the online Live Account application form
- Submit the required documents (colour copy of your passport and proof of address such as a bank statement or utility bill - these should not be more than 3 months old)

Applying for your ICM Mastercard
The main advantage for traders is that this enables you to swiftly transfer funds between your MT4 accounts and your ICM Mastercard, meaning you can easily withdraw any trading profits that have been made, wherever you are in the world. The card gives you the opportunity to turn any profits that you may have into cash quickly and easily, by instantly transferring to your Mastercard. Following this you can withdraw the cash at any ATM wherever Mastercard is accepted.
You can apply from your ICM Access account management system. Simply log in and click “Apply for Mastercard” in the menu. Please note that only clients who have a live account with ICM and have paid the activation fee via the Client Services Department are entitled to the card. New clients can apply for a live account and then request their ICM Mastercard.
Using your ICM Mastercard
You can use your card worldwide wherever Mastercard is accepted, including at ATMs for cash withdrawals and making in-store and online purchases. This card is not a credit card so there is no danger of accumulating debt or carrying interest.
You can download ICM.com Mastercard app from Apple Store or Google Play to view your transaction history, transfer funds to and from your ICM trading account, refill your card, and perform local and international transfers.
ICM Mastercard Silver expires in 3 years after date of issuance.
ICM Mastercard Black expires in 1 year after the date of issuance.
Your card can be issued in USD or JOD (for clients residing in Jordan).
The card should arrive at your delivery address within 10-15 working days depending on location.
There is no minimum deposit; however an activation fee will be withdrawn from your MT4 account as an initial fee for the card to be issued. Bonuses are not considered payments.
Deposits & Withdrawls
Your Mastercard can be funded via card reload service available on the app, or through local and international money transfer operators such as MoneyGram and eFAWATEERcom, NFC service, and e-vouchers.
First time deposit will take up to 1 working day. All future deposits will be updated instantaneously.
Yes, you can link the Mastercard to all your accounts to withdraw money from or deposit money to any of them.

You can login to ICM Access account management system and request a withdrawal.
