Once the online account application and the required supporting documents are submitted, it takes our dedicated account-opening team few minutes to few hours to process your application and activate your account, given that all required information and documentation are provided correctly.
- Proof of Identity: a valid government-issued Proof of Identity.
- Proof of Address: a recent proof of home address.
Proof of Identity should be a valid government-issued Proof of Identity, example Passport, National ID, Card, Driving License, or any other valid government-issued document showing Full Name, Date of Birth, Photograph, and Validity Status (Date of Expiry and/or Date Issuance + Validity Period).
Proof of Address should be a recent proof of home address; example Bank Statement, Utility Bills, Phone Bills, or any other recent official document showing Full Name, Home Address, and Date of Issuance must not be more than 3 months old.
After completing the online application form and before submitting, you can upload your supporting documents. Alternatively you can send the documents to support@icmcapital.mu
ICM Capital’s multinational team members are able to translate documents from most languages. In case a translator for your language is not available you may be asked to provide translated copy.
After your account application and supporting documents have been reviewed and approved by our relevant departments, you may fund your account and start trading.
You can request to close your trading account by contacting ICM’s support team via email, chat or telephone to instruct us to close your account. Please refer to the Terms and conditions clause 16.2.
